Blaine Mytruk

Trustworthy, respectful and community-minded, Blaine possesses over 35 years of progressive experience in executive management. He brings a keen ability to seek practical, quick and meaningful solutions.

From strategy and culture to financial planning and risk management, Blaine has worked across industries, including accounting, manufacturing, telecommunications, sports and consulting—to name only a few.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, he is currently a senior consultant at Results Canada. Blaine is also an active volunteer with the University of Alberta Venture Mentoring Service and local sports leagues.

Mark Terrill

As a strong, supportive leader, Mark has built a notable 35-year career in the Canadian insurance industry. His enthusiasm for empowering others has led him to expand and grow two highly successful firms, Thompson & Co. and Jones Brown.

Throughout his career, Mark has attracted and retained top talent, while also creating visionary strategies to fuel long-term prosperity. 25 years ago, he joined TEC Canada in a quest for lifelong learning, and now lends his expertise as a facilitator and executive coach.

Mark has dedicated his passion to numerous boards and community organizations, currently serving as his Rotary Club’s President, the Calgary Parks Foundation Chairman and a University of Calgary mentor. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife, son and stepchildren, along with cheering on the Calgary Flames and Toronto Blue Jays.

Deborah Rodrigo

With a deft talent for financial planning and executive management, Deborah possesses over 27 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for both public and private firms. Currently, she is the Vice President of Finance and Operations for Concordia University of Edmonton.

Deborah’s well-honed business expertise spans strategy, cash-flow forecasting, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and management information systems. She brings specialized skills in raising growth and operational capital in North American markets.

Holding her Bachelor of Arts, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations, Deborah has taught corporate governance courses for the JR Shaw School of Business. Over the past three decades, she has served as a board member on nine not-for-profit organizations.
